Are your kids interested in art, dance, theatre, music or culture? 

Families in Saskatchewan can apply to Creative Kids for up to $750 per child (ages 4 to 19) for financial assistance toward the costs of artistic or cultural activities. 

We don't offer classes ourselves, so before applying find a local business or instructor who offers the class your child would like to take and note the class name, costs, and dates. CreativeKidsSask.ca has a map/directory of some activity providers and instructors if you need some help finding a class. 

Funding is based on a family's financial ability to afford such activities. Most families who are supported have incomes less than $45,000. Proof of income is required. 

 

Next application deadline:  May 2026, exact date to be announced

This deadline is for activity costs from June 2026 onward. Any costs incurred before June 2026 will not be eligible. We will email applicants their results by June 20.
